Marc Silver

Marc A. Silver is Vice-President & General Counsel at Distrigas of Massachusetts LLC/Neptune LNG LLC, natural and liquid gas energy concerns, where he also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. He was formerly Associate General Counsel at Cabot Corporation where he specialized in environmental, safety and health compliance issues. Prior to that, Marc was a partner at Holland & Knight LLP.

He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and New York University School of Law. Marc has served on the Board of the Concord Children’s Center and contributes to several non-profit and public organizations including Boston Bar Association’s Environmental Law Day programs, the Municipal Art Society of New York, Everett Public School/Science Fair and Scholarship Awards programs, and Holland & Knight’s Holocaust Remembrance Project.
